How I Turned du-IT from Zero to 5.1K Clicks & CHF 6.1K Revenue in Switzerland
Hey, Adnan this side — the guy who runs Google Ads for businesses all over the world from Dhaka. One of my favorite wins in 2024–2025 was for du-IT, a Swiss IT support & cybersecurity company targeting German-speaking Switzerland. When they first messaged me in early 2024, their Google Ads account was completely empty. Literally:Before:
- Clicks: 0
- Impressions: 0
- Conversions: 0.00
- Cost: CHF 0.00
- Revenue: CHF 0.00
The owner told me, “Adnan, we’re invisible in Zürich, Bern, and Basel. People are searching for IT support every day but they never find us.” I’ve heard that story a hundred times — and I love fixing it.
What I Did (Simple & Straight)
- Swiss-German Keyword Goldmine Hunted high-intent German keywords like “IT Support Zürich”, “Computer Hilfe Basel”, “Cybersecurity Schweiz”, “Server Wartung Schweiz” — the exact phrases Swiss business owners type when they’re desperate.
- Ads That Sound Like a Swiss Friend Wrote super-local copy: “Ihr IT-Partner in Zürich & Umgebung – Soforthilfe in 2 Stunden 🚀” + call extensions, location extensions, and price extensions. Trust me, the Swiss love clarity.
- Geo-Targeting Like a Sniper Targeted only Zürich, Bern, Basel, Luzern + 40km radius. No wasted budget on Geneva or tourists.
- Smart Bidding + Daily Optimization Started with Maximize Conversions, then switched to Target ROAS once we had data. Checked the account every morning with my coffee (yes, even on weekends).
The “After” That Made the Client Cry (Happy Tears)
Just a few months later — May 12, 2024 to Oct 31, 2025 — the dashboard looked completely different:5,100+clicks
298conversions
CHF 22.19avg. cost/conv
CHF 6,610+revenue tracked
Real Talk
Switzerland is one of the most expensive Google Ads markets in the world — but when you speak the local language (literally and figuratively), the ROI is insane. This campaign is still running and still printing money in 2025.
